Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card data). When you upload lead lists, those records are stored in your account and used only to power the booking features you requested.

2. How we use it

• To provide and operate the BaseMeeting service
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraud

We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties.

3. Lead data

You are responsible for ensuring that contact lists you upload were legally obtained and that you have the right to process those individuals' data for business purposes. BaseMeeting is designed for professional B2B contact data only — we screen uploads for sensitive fields (SSNs, payment card numbers, etc.) and reject them.

4. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including uploaded leads — is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Both services have their own privacy policies and process only the data necessary to perform their respective functions.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Your lead data is stored in an isolated database and never commingled with other customers' data.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time via your account settings. To request a full data export or to exercise rights under GDPR or CCPA, email us at [email protected].

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice in the product at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
