How it works
Import your event list from a CSV before the event. BaseMeeting stores the names, emails, companies, and other contact information you already have in a list that's easy to search from your phone.
When someone agrees to meet, search for them by name, email, or company. Pull up their contact and make sure the information you have is still correct. If you already have their email, confirming "Still [email protected]?" takes a few seconds.
Tap the booking button and BaseMeeting opens your existing scheduling page with the prospect's information already filled in. Choose a time together and confirm the meeting.
Instead of leaving the event with another person to follow up with, you leave the conversation with the next meeting already on the calendar.

An admin uploads the CSV once, and the team gets access to the shared contact pool. Each rep connects their own booking URL, so meetings are still booked directly onto the right person's calendar.
